Firma OK Investment SA was established in 2017 by an experienced team of managers and construction engineers with many years of experience in the largest companies operating in the Polish and foreign construction markets.

We are united by the idea of creating a comprehensible, reliable bridge between the investor and investment contractors, as well as the desire to implement our own investment projects for the most demanding customers. This bridge is a combination of the Investor’s intentions with the implementation of the task, starting from finding a suitable site for industrial or residential investment, and ending with the transfer of the finished facility for use.

We create good space

In addition to supervision over the entrusted project, we also deal with the implementation of residential buildings and public utilities. In cooperation with architects, we try to set new trends among developers. We want the buildings that we construct and offer to fit harmoniously into their surroundings, while providing an alternative to the common standards. We are distinguished by an individual approach to our customers and the use of innovative solutions, both in planning and execution.

Thanks to the experience gained in Eastern Europe, the contacts acquired and the cooperation with large European and global clients, our offer is not limited to the Polish market. We move freely around the world markets, especially European and Eurasian, being an interesting bridge for investors who want to invest their capital in these parts of the world. We have a very extensive network of contacts in the Russian Federation, which is a very interesting investment direction with still large untapped potential.
