INFORMATION CLAUSE

The Administrator of your personal data is OK INVESTMENT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at Aleja Jana Pawła II 11, 00-828 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS no.: 0000669313, NIP: 5272801739, REGON: 36684134500000, share capital: 100.000,00 PLN.

Supervision over the correct processing of personal data is exercised by the Personal Data Administrator. The Administrator may be contacted in the following ways:

b) by e-mail: sekretariat@okinvestment.pl.

Your personal data in the form of: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number will be processed solely for the purpose of answering the question provided in the contact form on the Administrator’s website, i.e. http://okinvestment.pl/kontakt/ (which constitutes our legitimate interest – Article 6(1)(f) RODO) and for the legally justified purposes of the Administrator.

The recipients of your personal data may only be entities authorised to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions or an agreement concluded by the Administrator with a relevant entity. The Administrator indicates that it may transfer the obtained personal data to

a. entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, i.e.: specialized providers of data storage services, specialized entities providing IT, hosting, accounting services, entities supporting the Administrator in handling correspondence or legal services;

b. entities, which on the basis of separate agreements concluded, cooperate with the Administrator in order to provide professional services related to the subject of its activity;

c. external service providers who, on the basis of agreements concluded, provide the Admin with technical and organizational solutions enabling the provision of services and the efficient management of the Admin’s company;

d. auditors, controllers and entities authorized by law to carry out inspections within the scope of Administrator’s activity;

e. law firms, tax offices and specialist consulting agencies cooperating with the Administrator, if the transfer is necessary for the performance of Administrator’s duties

f. persons authorized by you in the exercise of your rights, on the basis of submitted declarations.

You have the right to demand from the Administrator access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to the processing of your data, to transfer your data, and the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, in the case of processing on the basis of expressed consent, by submitting such a request to the Administrator by e-mail or by post. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data use before the withdrawal of consent.
Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to answer the question and in no case longer than permitted by law.

Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide it may make it difficult or impossible to respond to the message sent via the contact form.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data by the Administrator violates the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection: 00-193 Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

The Administrator does not process your personal data in an automated manner that could result in automated decision-making, including decisions based on profiling.
